Construction and installation works of any complexity regardless of season or time of year. Fixed “turnkey” construction price. We use a parallel Design&Build approach and modern technologies to reduce construction time and create reserves of manpower and material resources.

We strictly comply with the technology and rules of works' execution. Only qualified builders, engineers and reliable subcontractors are involved in the work. We use materials, structures and equipment tested on other sites and agreed with the Client. We confirm their quality by compliance certificates. We use certified laboratories to test soil, concrete and welded joints and provide continuous construction and technical supervision.

We strictly comply with all requirements for health, fire and environmental safety. Our quality management, environmental management and H&S management systems are certified and comply with the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and ISO 18000.

We comply with the requirements of migration legislation, as well as the requirements of Rospotrebnadzor for the preventive health care measures.

We report promptly and in details to the Client on the works' progress and provide photos of intermediate results. The Client is granted round-the-clock access to the construction site and to the web-cameras.

We carefully select subcontractors and suppliers and guarantee absence of fly-by-night companies and insure risks of accidental damage to the facility, materials and equipment at our own expenses. We provide financial guarantees from reliable banks.
